No One Should Face This Alone
The Toby Myers Foundation supports survivors of fatal reckless driving accidents — with peer support, grief resources, legal advocacy, and community.
Why We Exist
On March 22, 2026, Ashley Paxson lost her partner Toby Myers to a reckless driver. What followed was grief, isolation, and the desperate search for others who understood. The Toby Myers Foundation was built so no survivor faces that alone. Our motto: In remembrance and solidarity, we transform grief into purpose and isolation into community.
